At FLGFTBL, we want you to love your gear.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Because flag football is a lifestyle, but ordering online should not feel like a gamble.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- free of stains, odors, or damage
- returned with original tags and packaging, if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- limited drops marked final sale
- custom or personalized items
- items purchased at a discount during clearance or final sale promotions
- gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different size? We get it.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll let you know if the item is eligible. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your size is sold out, we may offer store credit instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review it and work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it is sent.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the item was defective
- we sent the wrong item
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, because lost packages are tragic and hard to argue with.

Order Cancellations
